|Ankle - Left Week 2 vs. Jacksonville (Updated - 09/15/2014)|
| Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III landed awkwardly while making a running throw in Sunday's game against the Jaguars and had to be replaced by Kirk Cousins in the first quarter.|
Griffin appeared to injure his left leg during a 19-yard reception to DeSean Jackson, which came at the end of a scramble to the sideline. He was not hit while making the throw, and it is not clear exactly what the nature of the injury is. He had to be carted to the locker room with a brace on his leg, and the team announced he suffered an ankle injury.
Griffin had completed 2 of 3 passes for 38 yards, with the lone incompletion coming on a long drop by Jackson. He added two scrambles for 22 yard.
